Allow controlling restricted content on a per post/page level.

Media is restricted at the page level, but is still accessible by direct file url. Add a mechanism to protect those files from public access.

Allow access tokens to be used to access content. Set cookie on token use for length of token. Include a token generator of some kind, maybe tied to form submissions or purchases.

Filter restricted content from rss feeds.

Global & Per restriction options to point to a custom login page with reformatted redirect url. Allow changing the redirect param, or using a “Via Cookie” method that sets a cookie and after login, if that cookie exists redirects back to the cookie value before deleting it.

AJAX login form that can be used to unlock content instantly without changing pages. Content could be rendered in its place after unlocked.
